A large resort-style hotel and well-planned, quaint boutique inns are also available for accommodations in Corolla. Vacation rentals are normally rented by the week, with some exceptions, while hotels and inns can be rented nightly. For Corolla and Carova accommodations in summer and fall, be sure to book well in advance. Mainland accommodations are simpler, in keeping with the laidback rural setting. Look for vacation rentals, golf villas, quaint and scenic motels and lodges, and family-oriented campgrounds and RV parks along the Currituck Sound.
