Located at the corner of Sailfish Street and Lighthouse Drive in Corolla, Sailfish Walkway provides public pedestrian access to the Atlantic Ocean through the Whalehead community. The access uses an elevated wooden walkover leading across the dunes to the beach. Parking is available nearby at the separate Sailfish Parking area, with additional limited parking identified at the access. Sailfish is also one of Corolla’s traditionally lifeguarded beach locations during the summer season. There are no bathhouse, restroom, or shower facilities listed for this access.
